UpSocial is a user-owned platform. The community is the sole owner of the network. The USN holders can participate in the overall governance of the UpSocial platform.
User accounts on UpSocial will be associated with unique public-private key pairs. The system will map all the data published by a user to the key pair, which will give the user ownership and authority to transfer the content.
UpSocial will allow users to rent or sell their content and receive payment in fiat or popular cryptocurrencies. The reward system allows the content creators to get the impossible reward in today’s social network.
